Welcome to our Data Deletion Request page. If you are using our QueueMS TV app and wish to manage or delete your data, you have several options depending on your account status and access.
Option 1: Deleting Data via Your QueueMS Account
Log in to your account at QueueMS Business, navigate to 'Settings', then 'Link TV' where you can select 'Delete Data' to remove all associated data.
Option 2: Request Data Deletion via Email
If you prefer personal assistance, please send an email to support@queuems.com with your business email address, and specify any particular data you wish deleted.
Automatic Data Deletion for Unlinked Devices
Any device data not linked within 24 hours is automatically deleted from our system.
Manage and Delete Your Data
Users can manage and request deletion of their data directly within the QueueMS website. Log in to your account at QueueMS Business, navigate to 'Settings', and then Profiel and then 'Manage Data Deletion' to perform data removal operations.
Request Data Deletion via Email
If you prefer not to use our online tools or need to delete data not covered by your account settings, please contact us directly. Email your request to support@queuems.com with your registered email address, detailing the specific data you wish to have erased.
