Notwithstanding any current or prior election to opt-in or opt-out of receiving SMS messages (including text messages) (or phone calls) from us, our agents, representatives, affiliates, or anyone calling on Queuems’ behalf, you as a user and customer to the Queuems software expressly consent to be contacted by us, our agents, representatives, affiliates, or anyone calling on our behalf for the purpose of our service or any other reason arising out of or relating to your data collected by Queuems, at the phone or contact number, or physical or electronic address that you have provided or at which you may be reached. You agree and consent that we can also contact you in any way, including SMS messages (including text messages), calls using pre-typed or automated SMSs and phone calls delivered using an automatic dialing machine. These text messages will be delivered to the phone number that is in our database. In case of a phone call, our employee or agent may also leave a message on your voice inbox, voice mail or answering machine. By using our services you hereby consent and acknowledge to receive SMS messages (by any possible way or method), calls and messages (including prerecorded and artificial voice and auto-dialed methods) from us, our agents, representatives, affiliates or anyone calling on our behalf at the specific number(s) you have provided to us, or numbers we can reasonably associate with your account (through skip trace, caller ID capture or other means), with information or questions about your application, loan and/or account. You certify, warrant and represent that the telephone numbers that you have provided to us are your contact numbers. You represent that you are permitted to receive calls at each of the telephone numbers you have provided to us. You agree to promptly alert us whenever you stop using a particular telephone number. Your cellular or mobile telephone provider will charge you according to the type of plan you carry. You also agree that we may contact you by e-mail, using any email address you have provided to us or that you provide to us in the future.
DO NOT CONTACT (“DNC”) POLICY OF QUEUEMS
A copy of this policy can be obtained by E-mail (in the digital version) and through US mail (in the hardcopy version) as per federal guidelines. In addition, in order to be in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act of 1991 (“TCPA”), all users can request through phones, e-mail, or writing that Queuems (including all its agents, employees and associates) stop texting them (or calling them) and place their name on a ‘Do Not Contact’ (“DNC”) list. In order to verify user status, we may need your name and address and the phone number on which the calls are being received but as per TCPA you only are required to provide us with your phone number. After receiving your request, it may take us 3 to 5 business days to have your number removed from our call list and put on the DNC list. The request for the removal of the users will stay on our list for at least 5 years. If you move, change your telephone number, or add an additional telephone number, you must provide us with the new telephone number in order for us to prevent calls to that number. Please note we will not share any of the user’s data except as we have stated in our Privacy Policy. Please make sure to read our Privacy Policy. As for our business, we will also further put your number on any other DNC lists if we have any other subsidiary or affiliated companies/businesses if we will find or create a new business or company. All our agents, employees and associates are trained to follow all the regulations, policies and guidelines and made aware of these procedures before they are allowed to place calls to users. If the buyers, customers or users of our services the consumer notifies us that they have received a phone call from us after they have requested to remove their number on our DNC list, there is only one possibility that the number has somehow been mistyped on the DNC list. We will verify your number and make the necessary changes to put your number on our list.
FTC Notice
The Federal Trade Commission offers a free service to consumers that allows them to place their residential phone number on a National Do Not Call Registry. This service will reduce the number of telemarketing calls received. Consumers may add their residential phone number to the list either by calling 888-382-1222 or through the Internet at www.donotcall.gov. It may take several weeks before you notice a reduction in calls.
Please note that our policies are periodically checked by our legal compliance officer.
